Legbreaker “Hell Of The Moorlands” 2013

On September 8th 2013, Leek Cyclists Club are bringing back the Legbreaker Sportive in Memory of Club Member Paul Derbyshire, who tragically died last year .
The 88 Mile Sportive which was last run in 2008 was renowned as one of the best in the country, being dubbed the “Hell of the Moorlands” mainly because of the amount of tough steep Moorland climbs which you have to conquer to complete the ride. The ride takes in some of the best scenery the Staffordshire Moorlands & The Peak District has to offer.
